Due to weather, the event is canceled, please get in touch directly with Marcello if you do not receive your reimbursement within a couple of days.

Important notice

We have a limit on the total number of guests at the park, so please ask Maura before inviting other people.

Location

University Gardens Park, aka “Dinosaur Park” in University City Southeast, at the intersection of Governor Dr and Gullstrand St. It has a large parking lot. If that is full, park on either side of Gullstrand St. Google Maps link

Restrooms are located right in front of the parking lot.

Program - Sunday 31st March

Egg Hunt

  • 11:30am: Setup at the park by the playground

  • 12pm-2pm: Lunch with Marcello Pizza Napoli

  • 2pm-2:20pm: Egg Hunt for kids, please bring at least 12 eggs for each of your kids which would like to participate (filled for example with candy or small toys or stickers, no chocolate please, it would melt)

  • 2:40pm-3pm: Egg Hunt for teens (12 and up), please bring at least 12 eggs for each of your older kids which would like to participate (filled for example with candy or dollar notes or age-appropriate gift)

  • 3pm-: Volleyball on the grass and soccer (please bring soccer balls), don’t forget your running shoes if you’d like to play

Food

  • Appetizer
  • Giro-pizza, Marcello will prepare and cook different kind of pizzas, that will be served by the slice. The portable woodfire oven can only cook 3 pizzas at a time, so there will be some wait time. He will give priority to the kids.
  • Pizza with Nutella as dessert
  • $30 for each person, $15 for kids aged 10-15, free 9 years old and below.
  • Drinks not included
